All orders are subject to availability and the present distributor contract in place with JNTL Consumer Health Middle East FZ-LLC. Any type of damages arising under or in connection with JNTL Consumer Health Middle East FZ-LLC’s supply of, or failure to supply products to you following your order placed shall be governed by the present distributor contract with JNTL Consumer Health Middle East FZ-LLC.
Implementation of these terms & conditions – Once an order is submitted, you have committed to the purchase.
Price – All orders will be charged at the rate prevailing at the date of order.
The prices outlined on the site are set at the published trade price set by JNTL Consumer Health Middle East FZ-LLC.
Resale: Orders are made on the understanding by the Distributor that they are not to be resold to countries outside the territory outlined in the present distributor contract neither to any third Party with the knowledge that the products sold will or might be shipped outside the territory.
